Visa Application Fees

Exceptions

The family members must be younger than 21 or financially dependent, with proof of financial dependence demonstrated through supporting documents like bank statements from the last 6 months.
• Family Members of EU Citizens: Family members of EU citizens, European Economic Area (EEA) citizens, Swiss citizens, or Belgian citizens returning to Belgium after more than 3 months of legal residence in another EU-member state. This also includes family members of non-EU citizens residing in the EU under Directive 2004/38/EC. Such beneficiaries must submit a visa C application, even for long stays in Belgium.
