Guide for Kenya Visa Application Form Filling Process

1. Kenya eVisa Application Information

Issued to persons whose nationalities require a visa to enter Kenya either for Tourism, Visit, Medical, Business or Work. Before travelling to Kenya, you should have a clear idea of the Visa types, available payment methods, Visa policies, requirements and some other important notes. But do not worry, we are here with an overall guideline on how to apply for a Kenyan Visa application Form and all the other things that you need to know!

Requirements for Kenyan EVisa

  1. Valid travel document not less than six months.
  2. A complete visa application form (with $1 Service Charge)
  3. At least three blank pages in the holders’ passport
  4. A return ticket.
  5. The Visa processing fee (non-refundable)

Important Notes

  1. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
  2. The Republic of Kenya is not the final authority of the possession of a visa.
  3. Engaging in any form of business or employment without a requisite permit or pass is an offence.
  4. Please note that a visa is required before entering into Kenya.
  5. Please note that children of sixteen(16) years and below are exempted from visa payment and are not expected to make a visa application.
  6. Provision of false information will lead to automatic rejection of visa.
  7. The validity of Multiple Entry Visas (MEV) will range from three to twelve (3-12) months.
  8. Possession of a Multiple Entry Visas (MEV) does not confer residency.
  9. In the event of lapse during payment please do not re-apply, contact the administrator on [email protected].
  10. Inappropriate document uploads will lead to automatic rejection of the visa.
  11. Upload recent colour passport size photo with a clear background.
  12. Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports coming on official duty are qualified for a Courtesy Visa.
